This condo was a nice place to stay near the ocean. You can see it from the condo. We saw 2 monk seals resting on the beach nearby throughout our stay. The beds are very comfortable. I slept great and that is uncommon for me when traveling. The A/C is a huge bonus. Especially if you are not use to the humidity. It is a great location close to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. It is also a unit that is right next to the community center with ping pong & BBQ's which we enjoyed. There were lots of beach chairs and boogie boards. And I liked having a washer & dryer in the unit. The community in general is also very quiet and peaceful. Fantastic value for the price!

David's place was in a great location centrally located on the island which gives you easy access to all the great places to see. Princeville, Poipu, Waimea Canyon etc. It also is across the street from the Safeway and near many restaurants.

Great place for our trip with another couple! The lanai that faced the ocean was a lovely spot for us to eat meals, and it is just a 30 second walk from the water! Everything was clean and well kept. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a nice plus. David was a great host and communicated well prior to our arrival so check-in was easy! We’d definitely stay here again & highly recommend it!

It’s obvious Dave really cares about his guests- he goes above and beyond to provide excellent, fully detailed instructions (how to get there, parking, etc) and provides multiple contacts in case needed. His condo is well thought out and a perfect location for seeing all of Kauai. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and access to beach and pool was great. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities for cooking, and we thoroughly enjoyed the treats Dave provided on our arrival. Loved having meals on the lanai with the beach so close. Felt like a home away from home, and we would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect place to stay!!

Stay. Here. This place was incredible. Great view from the lanai of sunrise over the ocean. This unit looks directly out to the water. Nothing other than the pool in your way. Exceptional value for the money. This would be great for a few couples or for a family. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, full laundry in the unit, nice kitchen with all the utensils, etc you'd need. It was super convenient to get groceries at the Safeway a block away and cook some meals on our own. Pool was nice as well. Also can't beat the location. Easy to get to. The reserved parking spot for the unit is about 40 yards away. The owner stopped by once to drop off some stuff for the unit. He was really nice. Was super helpful and organized with the needed information before our stay. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all our friends & family.
